Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?
Customers can expect to receive their order 4-7 business days after placing it. Be sure to enter an email address or phone number to receive shipping confirmation with your order's tracking number. 

*Note: We have seen that over the course of the past several months, there have been significant delays in standard and priority mail shipping.  While we are shipping as fast as we can, please note that once items leave our possession, we unfortunately have limited control over how quickly items will arrive to your doorstep.

Can I wash my mask or bandana?
Yes! Masks and bandanas should be washed regularly.

  • For masks: Wash on hot with like colors in garment bag (or similar). Hang to air dry.
  • For bandanas: Wash and dry on hot with like colors, iron if needed.

Where are your bandanas made?

Most of our bandanas are screen-printed by hand (a few are printed digitally) in India by a manufacturer we are lucky to know. Our owner, Beth, has visited several times to experience the process of how our products are made and to ensure ethical working conditions and practices.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please send an email to orders@hemlockgoods.com including your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged goods. Our team normally responds within 24 hours.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for orders placed in the last 30 days. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment once we have approved, received, and inspected the return(s). We will notify you once we complete this process.

Refunds will cover the cost of the item only, excluding shipping, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility. First class mail is inexpensive and completely acceptable.
